The Penntek System
A polyurea floor that outlasts epoxy.
Most concrete floors fail the same way: epoxy cracks, yellows, and peels under traffic and hot tires. Penntek is a different chemistry built to avoid all of it. It's the exclusive concrete coating partner of The Home Depot, and the only system we install.

Three layers, built to last.
A Penntek floor is a system, not a single coat of paint. Each layer does a job, and together they bond to the concrete instead of just sitting on top of it.
- 1
Polyurea basecoat
Penetrates the prepped concrete and grips it for a permanent bond.
- 2
Decorative flake
A full broadcast of color flake gives the floor its look and texture.
- 3
Polyaspartic topcoat
A clear, UV-stable layer that seals everything and takes the daily abuse.

FAQ
Penntek, answered.
How long does a Penntek floor take to install?
Most floors go in during a single day. You can usually walk on it the next morning and return vehicles within a day or two.
Is polyurea really better than epoxy?
For most floors, yes. Polyurea is more flexible and impact-resistant, it bonds into the concrete instead of just sitting on top, and the polyaspartic topcoat stays UV-stable instead of yellowing like epoxy does.
How durable is the coating?
It's built for daily use — it stands up to impact, chemicals, regular cleaning, and sunlight. It's the same Penntek system The Home Depot trusts for its concrete coatings.
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. Every install is backed by a Penntek Limited Lifetime Warranty. We'll go over the specifics for your floor at your free estimate.
Can I choose the color and finish?
Yes. We offer several flake blends and bring physical samples to your estimate so you can see them in your own space and light.
Do you coat more than garages?
Absolutely — patios, commercial showrooms, warehouses, and industrial floors, indoors or out.
